Gernandt & Danielsson has advised joint bookrunners on DSI Holding GmbH’s issuance of senior secured corporate bonds in the amount of EUR 90 million under a framework of EUR 150 million.
DSI Holding GmbH is part of the DYWIDAG group, a specialist engineering business providing products and services to stabilise ground and to construct and strengthen concrete structures. The group also provides specialist monitoring and inspection services. The main service lines are post-tensioning systems, geotechnical products for ground support, repair and strengthening services, stay cable system design and installation, monitoring of structures and structural elements and products for reinforced concrete construction.
