Career
Rony Vermeersch is an internationally recognised lawyer working for all sides of the construction, real estate and energy industries. He focuses on both contentious and non-contentious work as well as projects and dispute resolution.
With his vast experience and industry knowledge, Rony leads several major construction and energy projects by conducting negotiations between public and private parties. He has experience with all types of projects, including airports, ports, roads, rails, power generation, waste facilities, warehousing, and accommodation. In addition, Rony focuses on construction and engineering contracts, public-private partnerships (PPP), project development, joint ventures, industrial projects and product liability. He is well-versed in the leading forms of contracts used domestically and internationally, including architecture, FIDIC, NEC, DBFM(O), etc. He also has a solid track record as a litigator in both state-court and arbitral proceedings.
