Philip is a partner in the corporate team and having practised law since 1983 has a wealth of experience in advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions for a wide range of organisations, from smaller privately owned through to publicly listed companies.

Well known in the local advisory community, Philip takes great pride in building long term relationships with clients and contacts and regularly takes repeat instructions from people he has worked alongside for many years.

Philip takes a keen interest in the growth and development of clients businesses and over the years has built up considerable expertise in a variety of sectors, including telecoms, chemical processing, engineering and fast growing IT and technology businesses.
