Glenn Jaques
Position
Glenn Jaques is a Partner in our Employment team, advising businesses, directors, senior executives, and individuals across the full spectrum of employment law. He provides pragmatic, commercially-focused advice while minimising risk, supporting clients on matters including TUPE, corporate restructuring, complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims, Employment Tribunal litigation, restrictive covenants, springboard injunctions, and appeals to the Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal.
Career
Glenn has practised employment law for over 35 years, joining Flint Bishop in 2025 after senior roles at Lupton Fawcett, Wake Smith, and BRM Solicitors. Based in Dronfield, Derbyshire, he advises PLCs, SMEs, and medical practices both locally and nationally. He has particular expertise in national minimum wage matters, successfully representing clients in Tribunal appeal cases. Glenn also supports corporate transactions, providing specialist employment input on complex deals, including advising My Pension Expert Limited on its acquisition of Tenet&You, which won Deal of the Year (sub £5m) at Insider Media’s 2024 Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards.
