Position

Becky Madden is a senior associate in Flint Bishop’s Employment team and Training Manager. She advises employers on employment law matters including restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers, and terms and conditions of employment. She also oversees the design and delivery of employment law seminars, e-learning modules, and bespoke training sessions.

Career

Qualified as a solicitor in 2006, Becky has specialised exclusively in employment law throughout her career. She has extensive experience representing and advising employers on strategic and operational employment issues and regularly drafts policies, service agreements, and guidance for clients. She also represents clients before Employment Tribunals where required.
