Position
Rhys is a partner and has a broad range of experience advising on a full range of corporate and commercial issues.
Rhys specialises in acquisitions and disposals of shares and businesses, joint ventures, restructuring and insolvency, family investment companies, the sale and purchase of properties held in corporate structures, and commercial agreements.
He undertakes work for clients ranging from startups seeking investment through to internationally known individuals and companies on their corporate and commercial arrangements. Rhys has particular expertise in advising clients operating in the media, entertainment, sport and technology industries.
