Position

Sébastien Ryelandt is partner in our dispute resolution practice. He has over 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, in particular in banking litigation including asset management liability claims, credit facility agreement disputes and first demand bank guarantee claims, and criminal proceedings (white-collar crime). He also handles general commercial litigation.

Career

Before joining Strelia, Sébastien Ryelandt was head of the Brussels litigation and dispute resolution practice of Clifford Chance, since 2005.

Education
