Gwen Bevers joined the firm in February 2010 after working as a lawyer with Baker & McKenzie Brussels for more than 8 years.

He assists clients with, amongst other things, mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings and has a broad experience in preparing and negotiating all related agreements and corporate documents.
