Career

Lauren joined Stowe Family Law’s Cardiff office in 2022 and has since worked on cases involving children. Her specialism includes issues relating to domestic violence, fact-finding hearings, the appointment of a child’s guardian, parental alienation, parental conflict, and applications involving grandparents. 

Lauren also works on relationship breakdowns that include divorce, cohabitation disputes, and domestic violence injunctions. 

No matter the case, Lauren has a robust approach to family law. Her advice is realistic, fair, and supportive, ensuring her clients are cared for during this overwhelming time.

Education

Lauren gained her law degree from Cardiff University in 2012. She continued on to complete her postgraduate studies in 2014. Lauren then joined a specialist family law firm in South Wales as director, before moving to a national top 70 firm based in Cardiff. 

Leisure

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys binging on Netflix’s latest releases and getting outside in the Welsh fresh air for long walks.
