Nastassia studied Law at the University of Leicester, followed by the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. She began her career with Stowe Family Law as a Trainee Solicitor in 2008 in the Altrincham office, qualifying in September 2010. She was promoted to Partner in 2012, later becoming a Team Leader Partner in 2023. In March 2025, Nastassia was appointed Managing Partner for the Manchester and Leeds region.
