Malachy specialises in Commercial Property and advises investors, developers, business owners and both commercial landlords and tenants on a wide range of Commercial Property matters of all sizes and types.

These include sales and purchases, leases, landlord and tenant issues, financing/re-financing, options, overage, environmental considerations, design and build projects, planning obligations and even licensing issues. Malachy also assists the Commercial Department of Sills & Betteridge in substantial corporate sales and acquisitions providing property advice.

In respect of leasehold matters, Malachy acts for both landlords and tenants and can advise on such matters as rent reviews, security of tenure, alienation, terminations, renewals and dilapidations.

Education

Leisure
