Career

Rachael joined our Grimsby office in 2013 and is a partner and head of the real estate department.

Rachael specialises in non-contentious commercial property matters and has a particular expertise in residential and social housing development, acting for national house builders and registered providers. This encompasses strategic acquisitions and land assembly, large scale disposals together with infrastructure and planning agreements.

Rachael’s expertise in development has been strengthened by a previous role working for a national registered provider where she focused on strategic development work, securitisation, governance projects and property rationalisation.

Rachael is also experienced in acting for clients on securitisation and landlord and tenant matters as well as commercial developers in respect of mixed use sites.
