Robin is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in advising businesses from start-up to disposal. He specialises in supporting owner-managed and family-owned businesses. He advises on both larger transactions as well as those involving growing businesses.

Robin’s work includes:

  • corporate transactions: mergers and acquisitions; business and share disposals, joint ventures, investment agreements, loan notes, share buy-backs, and share options;
  • non-transactional matters: shareholder/partnership agreements, business succession planning, shareholders’ agreements, shareholder reorganisations.
  • finance: loan agreements, security, guarantees, refinance.
