Mark Dorff is the Managing Director of the firm’s Corporate & Capital Markets Department and is actively involved in the firm’s Transactions, Technology, Life Sciences and Brand & Reputation Management practice and industry groups.
Mark represents entrepreneurs, private and public companies, sports and entertainment clients, and a broad range of investors, including family offices and private equity investors, in complex cross-border transactions around the world.
Mark is chairman emeritus of the Law Firm Network, an elite association of independent law firms from over 50 countries around the world. The Network forms a key part of Brown Rudnick’s extended global network.
