Andrew Boyd is an M&A partner based in the London office. He specializes in advising on strategic cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture transactions with particular expertise advising clients in the technology sector. Andrew regularly represents corporate and private equity houses, among other clients, Uber, Visa, SoftBank, Tate & Lyle plc, Unity Technologies, Toshiba, Coral Tree Partners and SoundCloud.
