Andrew Boyd is an M&A partner based in the London office. He specializes in advising on strategic cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture transactions with particular expertise advising clients in the technology sector. Andrew regularly represents corporate and private equity houses, among other clients, Uber, Visa, SoftBank, Tate & Lyle plc, Unity Technologies, Toshiba, Coral Tree Partners and SoundCloud.

Andrew is recommended for M&A and private equity by legal directories including Legal 500 and IFLR1000 and is noted for his ability to “speedily assimilate difficult concepts and come up with meaningful, deliverable action plans that fulfil the commercial objectives”.
