Rita Payarola is a partner in the Labor and Social Security Law practice at Mitrani Caballero, with deep expertise in labor and social security matters. She advises clients on drafting and negotiating employment agreements, executive compensation, and employee benefits, and provides strategic counsel on complex labor and social security issues. Rita represents clients in a wide range of administrative and judicial proceedings, including wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, wage and overtime disputes, work accident and occupational disease cases, and senior executive matters.
